The girls loved the oatmeal cookies so much that I made another 8 dozen today. Some r for their lunches, some r for snacking, and some r for taking with me 2 church.

I made Scalloped Potatoes & Ham for dinner. After slicing the potatoes, I put them on the wood stove to cook a little. This way they won't take as long to bake. I used green onions that I grew in the garden last summer. I also used powder milk. When u use powder milk for baking, u can't taste it. I had some h/m butter left from fresh milk, so I used that. I cooked it in the crockpot. Next time I make it, I'm going 2 try it with cheese sauce, which is cheaper than cheese.
